First quarter success brings in new clients aplenty

The past few months have seen considerable expansion of our client portfolio, encompassing new brief from housing, healthcare and the education sectors.

The Yarlington Housing Group in Dorset procured our risk assessment services via the Advantage SW framework and we’re now making regular visits to their 10,000 properties in Dorset consisting of sheltered housing and HMOs. We’re using the CAT-SI digital tool to manage the assets and streamline water hygiene compliance while also looking at developing broader water hygiene consultancy services to meet the needs of this sizeable organisation.

After a successful bedding-in period with NHS Wales, where we’ve been delivering Legionella control services to a range of healthcare premises in the country, we’ve been delighted to receive very positive feedback from the client.

Over in the Home Counties we’re now working with the Paradigm Housing Group in Buckinghamshire and are initially managing Legionella risk assessments and reviews for the 14,000-strong estate. Again, the use of the CAT-SI digital compliance audit tool is proving invaluable in monitoring and recording assets in sheltered housing and HMO accommodation across the group. This contract was also won via a public sector procurement framework organisation, in this case, Fusion21.

Our most recent new win was the Tudor Park Education Trust, a group of Academy schools in Feltham, on a comprehensive water hygiene management brief.
